Our approach

janiFocus is intentionally simple: we don't build customer accounts, profiles, or dashboards, and we only collect the information needed to book and complete a cleaning appointment.

Information we collect

When you book a cleaning, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The service address for the cleaning
• Details about the service you're booking (type, date, time, notes)

When you contact us through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to submit so we can reply to you.

Payment information

If you pay by card, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card number or other sensitive payment details on our systems.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to schedule, confirm, and complete your cleaning appointment, to communicate with you about your booking, and to respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain booking information only as long as necessary to fulfill your appointment and to meet our recordkeeping and legal obligations.
